Abduction 1919

An amazing sculpt by Tom Kuntz. I'll admit, the kit was pretty tough to put together. However, the results are worth the effort. It's one of my favorite kits, from one of my favorite films, The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari.

The base has all sorts of detail sculpted into it, including the figures shadow. I tried to copy the expressionist style used to paint the sets in the picture, but I'm no expressionist painter.

I thank the gentleman I painted this for, not only for the opportunity to work on it, but for being patient with me and getting it finished.
